User Name: Add "1" in front and a "0"
at the end of the #. 
Example: Membership # 1123
User Name: 111230
Password: Last Name (lower case)

If your Membership #

starts with "00"
Enter full # without "1"
Example: Membership # 002350
Users Name : 002350 
Password : Last Name (lower case)


After you log in for the first time,
you will be given a new Username
and Password.
